Music of lifeSep 01, 2000
By Hans Gabrielsen You got to have that album. Listening to these tunes make all your dreams come true about vitality and happiness. Ever never has a group made such a performance. It is just like being there, feeling like dancing, sweating and shouting. With this album in mind would you wonder why you never have heard anybody talking about it.
The O'Jays live show from their most creative and hottest period as recording and performing artists.Oct 12, 2011
By Justo Roteta I am not (normally) a fan of live albums but this one is actually very good. Recorded and released at a time when The O'Jays were undoubtedly at their creative and artistic peak, "Live In London" captures the magic, excitement and sheer energy which characterized the group's live performances at the time. What really makes this album worth getting for the serious collector is The O'Jasys' stunning 10-minute -plus cover version of The New Birth's big hit "Wildflower".This one is, for whatever reason, quite difficult to get on ANY format, but it will be a worthwhile addition to your R&B collection if you can get it at a reasonable price.
